What we do
Most of what Casza Renovations does is tile and marble. The rest is the work that surrounds it — the demo, the prep, the flooring next door — so you're not chasing three trades for one room.
Full rebuilds down to the studs when the backer board is gone. Waterproofing membrane, proper slope to drain, and niches that line up with the field.
Marble, travertine, quartzite and porcelain slab. Layout dry-fit and vein-matched before anything gets set, plus sealing and honing.
Subway, herringbone, picket, mosaic. Layout planned around the range and the outlets so you're not looking at a sliver cut over the stove.
Large-format porcelain, wood-look plank, LVP. Old carpet and tile hauled out, substrate flattened, levelling poured where the slab needs it.
Cracked tile, failing grout, loose field, a leak behind the wall. Small jobs welcome — plenty of our work starts as one bad tile.
Fireplace surrounds, entertainment centers and accent walls — the pieces that turn a plain living room into the reason people walk in and stop.
How a job runs
Tile fails at the prep stage, not the pretty stage. Casza Renovations runs every job in this order, and nothing gets skipped because a schedule got tight.
We look at the space, talk through material and layout, and measure. No charge, no pressure to book on the spot.
A real number in writing, broken out by labor and material, so you can compare the other quotes honestly.
Old material out, backer board checked for rot, floors flattened. This is where the job is actually won or lost.
Casza Renovations will waterproof every wet area — membrane, sloped bed, corners banded, drains flood-tested before a single tile is set.
Dry-fit first so cuts land where they should — full tiles where the eye goes, slivers hidden. Then set, level, grout.
Haze off, silicone in the change-of-plane joints, site swept. We walk it with you before we load the truck.
